1 or 2 meals a day.. maybe eggs and brown rice
Hello Mr. David! I wanna ask you if a bloodtest only show how old we get no matter how we live or if it changes depending on that?
it's been two years, any updates, please do a new podcast
How can we create this with gene editing??
Would you still recommend just 1 meal a day as the "end goal" for someone on Metformin (not XR, just the regular form) x2 a day?
"I'm 50 years old and a poor city dweller in Seoul. As I age, I've been experiencing some mental issues. I've noticed a problem where I keep hearing a song on repeat for no reason, especially songs with a slightly stimulating beat. After some thinking and research, I learned it could be due to aging, affecting my tonsils and hippocampus. Stress over money has taken a toll on my mental health. In this situation, could taking anti-aging supplements help? Back in my younger days 30 years ago, I could listen to techno music all day without any issues."
11 seasons 😅
Hi David, Thank you for sharing this valuable information and advice for a beautiful and long life. I just wanted to share my testimony with all of you. I am 63 years old and have been suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis and Crohn's Disease for 40 years. My wife and I started intermittent fasting three years ago, which I generally continue to practice for 24 or 18-24 hours depending on the day. Six months after starting fasting, I was able to stop taking cortisone and salazopyrin, and I was able to take control of my life and resume physical activity without pain after many years. Some may say it’s psychosomatic... For me, the next 20 years will be about recovering from the aftereffects of these diseases and continuing to stay very active. Thank you for your good advice and the hope of staying longer with my loved ones. I am the father of a 10-year-old boy and want to be there for him as long as possible.
Biggest Sinclair fan with a question: Do I take Tally with food? And do I open the capsule and dump the content into some soy yogurt for example, or just swallow the pill? :) Thank you.
How would one try this for the longevity benefits but not lose weight? I can’t imagine to eat 1,800 calories in one meal which is the amount that maintains my weight.
Superlike!
Doc looks 31-33 y.o. amazing 👍
David was about to saying the experiences of women that switched to mediterranian foods but the anchor started talking something in between and we lost and missed that detail. This anchors sometimes keep saying what they have to say ignoring what the interviewee is saying.
You are saying fasting helps fight cancer. Most cancer patients especially with cancers of digestive tracks, don't eat anything i mean they hardly are able to take food but seeing their situation is aggravating and worsening day after day. What do you say about it?
Yep, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled Mika Klopsworth's Breast Guide and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!
Simone nerds to tell to the dude next to Sinclair that the star IS not him in this Interview...
Dying to know if Dr. Sinclair gets botox! :) My logic tells me he doesn't, but the aesthetician in me wants to believe that his crow's feet + forehead, definitely get some muscle relaxer injected regularly... Either way, his skin looks amazing, especially for his age! :)
You are Quite Nobel for Giving this Information to Humanity. You Have Helped All Good Souls. Thank You Sir Doc.
I am 15 years younger than dr Sinclair and I look older than him.
I've been taking a lower dose of Resveratrol (600mg) for the past 13 years. I am now 47 and my hair just began to go grey last year, this started after I came down with COVID (there is data showing that the disease causes cellular aging). Still, at 47 I have far less grey hair than my father did at 40, who began going grey in his late 30s. A bit of background on health and lifestyles. I've been overweight for much of my adult life. I do not exercise. My diet has been poor, consisting of mostly fast food, sugary snacks and drinks. Alcohol consumption has been light, but I do have a glass of wine, mead or Guinness on occasion. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 20 years (9 years tobacco free now). I've been a light user of cannabis for the past 5 years, a couple of hits in the late evening, just before bed. My father on the other hand was very active and normal weight for much of his adult life. He ate healthy, fast food was something rare for him. Dad usually had 2 to 3 beers a night, one of those with his dinner. He was a very light smoker on the rare occasion. My parents engaged in very light use of cannabis back in the 70's. He passed away from a massive heart attack at age 73.
Collagene supplement don't do nothing.
David have you looked into rice and neem for redox homeostasis? Oryzanol and azadirachtin.
YOU NEED TO DISCUSS OXALATES.
thank you Doctor 🌹🌹
Thank you for sharing latest updates and insights benefitting so many.
got 1 month headache and 1 week awful kidney pain from 3 days of collagen (10g per day)..
Dr David Sinclair only has 300k subscribers?!!!! He should have billions
Would love to watch an interview without filters.
I read years ago an article in Oprah’s magazine that collagen in skin care products is useless because the molecules are too big to penetrate the skin.
None of what Sinclair ever said has turned out to be true, so I'd take what he says ..B.S. all hype ! hype and lies ! Besides eating the wrong diet and unhealthy habits, .....also the more bitter, toxic and nastier people are, the uglier they look on the outside. Be kind , honest to yourself and focus on your health, eat a healthy diet for your own well-being . have respect and gratitude towards people who are kind to you . stay away from toxic manipulative people .
Hard to believe much this guy says after all the legal turmoil he’s gotten into
Dear Dr David first of all congratulations... Today i have a question here and its for someone dear to me . My question is CAN A CANCER AND HIV POSITIVE PERSON CAN TAKE NMN ??? IF YES WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? IF NOT WHY ?
Dude is a fraud
I like David but his eyebrows don’t move along with the rest of his face when he’s speaking. Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants if he’s doing Botox.

Thank you for this podcast, I love all the information. I'm definitely subscribing to your channel. Please keep on doing these kind of podcasts! I do have a question. Is there any treatment available right now that can truly help give up smoking? I've been trying for years and haven't been able and I'm hopeful that science will eventually help me somehow. I would love to live to a 100 or more but I know smoking is not something that is helping me towards that goal, but it's so hard to quit it! Thanks again!
This guy is just part of the supplement cartel, corners the market by banning NMN so his company can make big $$. BOYCOTT DAVID
